At Matrimony.com, we strongly believe that sound governance policies and practices are necessary for establishing a proper environment for the achievement of our key objectives.

Our corporate governance practice includes honesty, trust, integrity and openness in all our dealings with customers, business partners and our own associates. The Code of Conduct is communicated and enforced by our management to ensure a safe, ethical and wholesome environment. Our policies and practices are based on values like fairness, transparency and simplicity. We also have in place an anti-fraud framework, coupled with a whistle blower policy.

Our Board plays an important role in overseeing our management and corporate governance. There are eight directors on the Board of our Company, of which three are independent Directors, including our non-executive Chairman. The Board is supported by specialized committees such as an Audit Committee, a Risk and Governance Committee, a Nomination and Remuneration Committee, a Stakeholders Relationship Committee, a Share Allotment Committee and a Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
