, BIM(Trichy) ink pact for emerging leaders’ programme

The curated blended programme aims to develop leadership capability of the executives and build future leaders of the organisation.

Chennai, June 20th,, India’s No1 matrimonial site, has curated a special skill development programme for its executives, in association with one of the oldest varsities of Tamil Nadu, Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Trichy, with the aim to develop future leaders for the organisation.

The MoU between the two institutions was signed on June 15th, 2023.

Dr Asit Barma, Director, BIM and Mr Rajesh Balaji, CHRO, signed the Memorandum of Understanding in the presence of senior leaders of at their corporate office in Chennai. Sharing his details about the same, Mr Rajesh Balaji, Chief Human Resources Officer of said, “We are excited to partner with BIM to impart a curated programme to our future leaders to provide skills and knowledge they need to be successful. This programme will be delivered in a blended format, with both in campus to learn the concepts in the areas of deeper analytics, efficiencies, data driven decisions and management principles and apply the same in the special projects allocated to them to solve the organisation challenges for accelerated growth. I am confident that this will be possible with the vast experience and credibility of the institution and the able faculty of BIM.”

Expressing happiness over the signing of the MoU, Dr Asit K Barma, Director, BIM, said, “BIM sees an emerging space of multi-disciplinary projects and consulting for companies in new age applications. We are excited to have this MoU with, where both parties can experiment, learn and unleash the power of data and build nonlinear business models.” The six-month long comprehensive and immersive experience of the Emerging Leaders Programme would be a right mix of theory and practice with experiential learning as its core focus. The methodology would include case studies, simulation tools, activities, real-time projects, mentoring, role plays, and lectures around the themes of big picture thinking, execution excellence, nurturing high performance teams and data driven decision making.
